Here is a link to the support we can offer our residents.

There is an employment and skills team, debt advice service for the residents, aswell as support with welfare benefits with the Customer Income Advisors.

The Employment and Skills Team offer a personalised service of guidance, support and practical help to any SNG customer looking to access training or work.  

So whether they are looking for a first job, would like to gain a qualification or are planning for the longer-term, they can get in touch by emailing employmentandskills@sovereign.org.uk

If you are struggling with debts, our team provide confidential guidance and support – including help with writing off debt, obtaining charity grants and budgeting debtadviceservice@sovereign.org.uk

The Customer Income Advice team can offer specialist advice to help claim the benefits and tax credits the customer is entitled to and guide them through the benefit claims process. Call directly to the main number 03005000926 and ask to speak to the Customer Income Advisors.

Christmas is just around the corner!

To help parents with last minute preparations and also for children to burn off some of that pre Christmas energy we have organised a Christmas cracker sports day at Marine Academy.

The date is Monday 23rd December with an extended time of 9am -4pm.

Within the day children can choose one of three schemes to participate which are ;

Football 

Multi-sports 

Dance 

We can also offer FREE spaces for children on free school meals as part of the fit and fed scheme.

SEND Newsletters - Plymouth Information Advice and Support for SEND.

PIAS produce SEND information newsletters. These give up-to-date information and resources on SEND issues.

PIAS produce three activities and events guides each year. These are published at the end of term two (Christmas holiday), term 4 (Easter holiday) and term 6 (Summer holiday).

Our Activities and Events for SEND newsletter contains activities and events for families in the Plymouth area. You will find lots to see and do, including activities for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and many activities are FREE!
